In 1983, Harvey and Diane Schilling purchased one of three mini-storage facilities in the Bismarck region. This new facility had 92 units and was considered the only storage facility on the north side of town. Denny’s Storage continued to grow by constructing a new 200-unit facility on North Expressway and a second 200-unit facility on North Highway 83 for a total of 550 units!
